- Postgraduate students must upload a bona-fide certificate from HOD/Institution.
- All registrations are strictly non-transferable.
- GST is applicable as per government norms and subject to change.
- GST & payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
- Delegate kits will only be provided upon showing the badge.
- Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for entry.
- Spot registration kits subject to availability.
- If conference is rescheduled, no cancellation fee applies (excluding GST & PG charges) if dates are not suitable.
- Registration number must be mentioned in all communications.
- Organizers are not responsible for date changes, lost items, or communication delays.

- Check-in: 13 Feb 2026 – 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 15 Feb 2026 – 12:00 PM
- Breakfast, Lunch & Gala Dinners included
- Complimentary high-speed WiFi
- Same inclusions as Single Occupancy
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be emailed from the registered email with registration number.
- Before 31st Dec: 50% cancellation fee.
- 1st Jan – 30th Jan: 25% fee.
- Post 31st Jan: Non-refundable.
- Refunds within 6 weeks after event.
- Email timestamp will be considered as the official request date.
- GST is non-refundable.
